Registration & Check-in: Help with participant registration, check-ins, and distributing event materials. Workshop Support: Assist in setting up and managing workshops, helping speakers, and ensuring smooth sessions. Team Support: Help teams by providing general assistance, answering questions, and offering resources. Technical Support: Provide IT support to ensure a smooth virtual or in-person experience (tech setup, troubleshooting). Logistics & Set-Up: Assist with event logistics, setting up spaces, materials, and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Food & Beverage Coordination: Help organize and distribute meals, snacks, and drinks for participants and volunteers. Judging Panel Support: Assist with organizing the judging process, managing presentation times, and handling communication between teams and judges. Closing Ceremony Support: Help with the setup, organization, and logistics of the award ceremony and final presentations.
